We are in the business of Property Development and with our expanding projects, we are looking for candidates to fill up the following positions :

1. LEGAL & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (AE)

• Min. qualification S1/equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in administrative and/or legal work
• Previous working experience in handling sales & legal contracts and Bank housing loan process will be preferred

2.MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ME)

• Min. qualifications SLTA/equivalent
• Min. 2 years experience in Property Marketing
• Able to speak Mandarin / dialect (preferred)

3.MARKETlNG MANAGER (MM)

• Min. equivalent SLTA/equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience in Property Marketing
• Highly motivated, target oriented and able to lead a team of Markeitng Executives

4.ESTATE MANAGERIOFFICER (EM)

• Min. qualification D3/S1 in Architecture/Landscaping
• Min. 3 years experience in estate management
• Familiarwith AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, etc.
