Human Resources Manager, Indonesia
Main Role :
HR Business Partner to provide strategic end operational support in developing, recommending, and implementing HR solutions to include areas of recruitment, selection and retention, compensation and benefits, talent management/succession planning, training and development. policies and procedures, and employee relations with the objective of increasing employee, management, and organizational effectiveness and engagement.
Minimum Requirements :
- Degree. with post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of live years managerial experience lnfliuman Resource Management
- Experience in Oilfield Sector preferred
- Solid knowledge of local employment legislation
- HR leadership experience partnering wlth local management team
- Strong oommtlnicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- A change agent who can work at all levels while implementing new programmes
- Strong skills in orltical thinking, judgment, conflict resolution and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and poise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
