URGETLY REQUIRED 

1. TENANT RELATION (TR)

Qualification :

• Male, 23-30 years old
• Min. D3 Major in Management 
• Min 3 years experience in Customer Service
• Good English in also Mandarin / Japanese, Communication both written and speaking 
• Having driving license A or C, also can operate Ms. Office

Responsibilities :

• To perform excellent service to tenants feedback, complain, ad-hosck and maintenance request
• To ensure all BIP visitors
• To coordinate with internal divisions to solve tenants request or problems
• To ensure daily CSD operation

2. EXECUTIVE FIRE SAVETY (EFS)

• Qualification :
• Min. Diploma Degree, having knowledge in fure fighting
• Having K3 Certificate 
• B valid Driving License 
• Age 28-35 years old, height : 170 Cm
• Capable in English and also Ms. Office
• Good personality and leadership 

Responsibilities :

• To ensure efficient operations of fire station

3. EXECUTIVE MAINTANACE BUILDING

Qualification :

• Degree from Civil Engineering 
• Male, max 28 years old
• Having experience in the same field Min. 2 years

Responsibilites :

• To manage maintenance works factory
• Liaising with tenant and contractor to make sure that repair works are carried out properly responded
• Knowledge on ISO 14000 and 9000

4. CLERK (CF)

Qualification :

• Min. SMU/SMK/SMEA Accounting
• Min. 1 years experience in inventory 
• Male, max 18-25 years old
• Fluence in English Min. Pasif

Resposibilities :

• Input data and Witness oil
• Stock Taking in Store, Stock taking asset
• For those who are qualified readyfor the chellenge.
