We are an established Singapore company that manufactures surface mount inductors for electronics industry. We are looking for qualified and experienced individual who are interested and willingness to work in Lobam (Bintan Island) :
1) SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Engineering/Electronic/Mechanical Disciplines
- 2 years of related experience in Electronics Manufacturing Environment
- Possess leadership quality and drive
- English communication
- Mature & good personality
The candidate shall participate in problem solving process, prototype fabrication & installation and to be actively involved in continuous improvement programs like DOE, SPC, FMEA etc. With basic knowledge of AUTOCAD programming is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Engineering Disciplines
- 2 years of related experience in Electronics Manufacturing Environment
- Possess leadership quality and drive
- English communication
- Mature & good personality
The candidate shall assist in handling day-to-day Safety matter which includes develop, implement and monitor H&S programs and procedure at the factory and dormitories. Evaluate company accident statistics and defines target goals for the lost time performance. Able to perform risk assessment on machine, process and material.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Holder
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Trained and certified on "AK3 Umum"
- Possess matured and pleasant personality
- Good inter-personal skills with all levels of employees
- Knowledge with prevailing Indonesia Safety laws/ regulation and practices will be advantaged
- Computer knowledge with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point
- Possess drive and can communicate both oral and written English
