We are multinational Company (MNC). urgently looking for qualified and motivated candidates to fill up the following position:

1. ASST. MANAGER FINANCE
Responsibility:
  1. Budgeting /forecasting for entity, including set-up of an integrated budgeting and financial reporting processes
  2. Complete financial records include balance sheet. statement of Profit and Loss
  3. Coordination/ completion of yearty statutory audits with company auditors extemal or intemal and Compliance with company tax consultant of corporate income tax, VAT. withholding tax. tax audit and all the tax matters
  4. Review 'inbound' guidelines and regulations, external as well as intemal, including Limits of Authority, in the commercial and controlling environment and implementation
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in equivalent function with MNC with MFG facility.
  3. Have knowledge on lntemational Financial Reporting Standards Siemens accounting principles and guidelines Reporting, lntemal Control Indonesia Tax Law
2. ASST. MANAGER HR & ADMIN

Responsibility:
  • Strategic workplace planning
  • Compensation and benefit, mainly compensation strategy and cost management
  • Performance Management and career development
  • Have solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes
  • Establish and maintain all the respective HR policies and procedures
  • Employee relationship - responsible for investigating and resolving work place issue; preserving the employer - employee relation Effective management of Manpower resources to ensure the company goals and objective are met within the allocated budget such as recruitment and resignation/termination
Requirements:
  1. Degree Holder with good interpersonal skill and strong character.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in equivalent function with MNC
  3. Good knowledge and skill on Human resources spectrum function and Development and must have at least 3 years of working experience and able to handle all legal matters pertaining to Indonesia labor law and regulations
3. HR Assistant ( Payroll)
  1. Familiar with payroll system ( lnforsys). income tax calculation and head count report
  2. Minimal 3 years experience in similar position in MNC company General Ftequirements for all positions.
  3. Good understanding of ISO 9001 is preferable
  4. Fluent in English both oral & written is a must Computer literate and posses administration skills
  5. Must be able to work under pressure. independently as well as a team player.
  6. Good interpersonal skill and sell motivation.
