Qualifications :
- Min. Diploma Degree, having knowledge in Fire Fighting
- Having K3 Certificate
- B Valid Driving License
- Age 28-35 years old, height : 170 cm
- Capable in English and also Microsoft Office
- Good personality and Leadership
- Duties / Responsibilities :
- To ensure efficient operations of fire station
Qualifications :
- Male, 23 - 30 years old
- Min. D3 Major in Management
- Min. 3 years experience ini Customer Service
- Good English and also mandarin/japanese, communication both written and speaking
- Having driving license A or C, also can operate Microsoft Office Duties / Responsibilities :
- To perform excellent service to tenants feedback, complaint, ad-hoc and maintenance request
- To ensure all BIP Visitors
- To coordinate with internal divisions to solve tenants request or problems
- To ensure daily CSD operation
Qualifications :
- Graduated of Diploma Administration / Senior High School
- At least 2 years working experience in administration work
- Capable in English and also Microsoft Office
- Duties / Responsibilities :
- Prepare, record and monitoring Work Order and Purchase Request flow
- Prepare attachment for invoice, record and monitoring invoice flow.
- Prepare monthly report for Finance and Management.
- Assign, filling and record Maintenance Request Form from Tenant
Qualifications :
- Graduated of Senior High School
- Mini 1 Year experience
- Capable in English and also Microsoft Office Duties / Responsibilities :
- To received all incoming call and transfer to the addresee ( staff BIC )
- To received and welcome all the guests who coming in Wisma to meet staff BIC
- To received all document and distributed to the addressee
- To change and arrange the newspaper at lobby
