We are a growing Foreign Company located in Batam with 1000+ employees and specialize in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, modules, wellhead platforms and subsea equipment for the Oil and Gas industry. We are looking for the following dynamic and skilled professionals to strengthen our fast growing team:

FABRICATION SUPERVISORS
Requirements are as follows:

1. Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required
2. Minimum 5 years experience in supervision of fabrication of structures and heavy equipment for Offshore Projects.
3. Knowledge of fabrication and welding to ASME and AWS D1.1
4. Proven history of Coordination and planning of projects to 2000 tonnes
5. Proven history of dimensional control for structures in accordance with Oil and Gas industry specifications using total stations.
6. The applicant must be willing to work extended hours.
7. Communication in English both speaking and written is required

FOREMAN
Requirements are as follows:

1. Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required
2. Minimum 5 years experience in supervision of fabrication of structures and heavy equipment for Offshore Projects.
3. Must have excellent leadership skills.
4. Must be able to take responsibility in making.
5. Must have sound knowledge of all welding materials
6. Able to plan and control all welding and area
7. Candidate must have a good track record being employed as a foreman
