ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities :
- Maintains all aspects of assigned accounting & administrative segments;
- Assisting in Bookkeeping process such as Data Entry, Journal Voucher, Bank Reconciliation, GL Monitoring, and Subsidiary Ledgers;
- Responsible for Account Payable or Account Receivable such as invoice and payment processing, vendor statement of account reconciliation, and liaise with suppliers or clients;
- Examines a variety of recording and reporting documents to verify accuracy and conformance with specific functional corporate, contract, government, or professional accounting requirements;
- Liaise with other department on day-to-day accounting and administrative issues;
- Assisting in implementation of accounting, financial policies and control procedures.
- Diploma Degree major in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration;
- Fresh graduate or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply;
- Maximum age of 25 years old;
- Having good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal relationship and good initiative;
- Able to work independently or in a team and under pressure;
- High working motivation and high attention to detail, speed and quality of work;
- Excellent skill in Computer Literate (MS Excel & MS Word);
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
