Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:
Plant Controller
Batam (Kepulauan Riau) - Jl Beringin Lot 04 Batamindo Industrial Park
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting :
- Manage efficiently the monthly closing of monetary and accounting transaction.
- Prepare Financial Statement in accordance with statutory requirement and legal requirement.
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of financial information
- Liaise with auditor on the preparation on Audit Financial Statement.
2. Cost Accounting :
- Coordinate preparation of annual Operational Plan (Forecast/budget)
- Prepare monthly management report and highlight to management any significant variances
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of costing information
- Manage preparation and calculation of product cost and selling price.
3. Management Accounting :
- Coordinate preparation of monthly and quarterly management information.
- Provide analysis and to assist management team in making decision and in taking corrective action.
4. Treasury :
- Protect financial assets of the company
- Manage working capital and cash flow position
- Liaise with banks on all banking related issues.
5. Internal Control :
- Maintain proper documentation of system and procedures of internal control
- Ensure proper internal control are in place
6. Tax & Legal :
- Maintain proper documentation of tax compliance procedures
- Ensure tax compliance in order to minimize tax risks.
- Liaise with tax auditor on the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns
- Coordinate with corporate secretary on all corporate related matters.
- Manage the preparation of the export goods application for Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and Asean Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT).administer expatriation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): financial accounting and analysis, cost accounting, management accounting, treasury accounting, internal control.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jl Beringin Lot 04 Batamindo Industrial Park.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to alocate in Batam - Kepulauan Riau
