Position : Client Account Manager

Qualifications:

1.  Ideal candidates must be self-motivated and driven.
2. Must possess good presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs and reports.
3. Sales experience in a software industry or structural engineering will be an added advantage.
4. Fresh graduates with Marketing, Business Administration or Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering degrees may apply, as intensive training will be provided.
5. Remuneration package will commence with years of experience and will include benefits/commissions based on sales targets.

Job description:

1. Engage existing customers and prospects , for renewals and fresh sales.
2. Provide after sales support for customers , which includes service ticket creation, navigation of IT system.
3. Quotation and invoice generation.
4. Generate a weekly forecast, report , pipeline for Indonesian customers.
5. Identify indusry events to be attended in Indonesia to generate leads.
6. Increase the market share in Indonesia by growing software portfolio.
7. Follow up on invoice payment for customers.
