Service Assistant (BATAM)

Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and arrange the customer requirement information, propose suggestions and measures for improvement .
  2. Coordinate and shoot all problems, communicate with Shipping, Repair Engineer.
  3. Follow up orders schedule and make sure for delivery on-time.
  4. Prepare all documents for supporting import and export declarations.
  5. Accomplish other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:
  1. College degree or above.
  2. Fluent English both on Oral and Writing.
  3. Proficient in PC skills on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  4. Good team player and be able to work independently;
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Sincere, honest, eager to learn new things
  7. Male or Female
  8. Domicilie or willing to be placed in BATAM
